Fee Overview
SA2 Worldsync offers a simple fee model for access the SA2 Worldsync global data pool, enablement programs and dedicated solution consultants.
Fees for SA2 Worldsync Item Master Data are straight-forward and competitive when compared to other solution alternatives.
A. Setup Fee: One-time fee based on the SA2 Worldsync enablement program
B. Annual Fee: Fee per year for access and maintenance of the SA2 Worldsync solution
C. Individual Fees for On-Demand Services, e.g. individual data qualitiy diagnostics and business process consultancy
A. Setup Fee - is charged one time upon signature of a contract and includes the following services:
- Company registration
- User regsitration
B. Annual Fee - for single connection, technical and support only. The fee includes the Usage of the GDSN data pool system, access to WebPortal (including WebAdmin, WebForms, and WebCatalogue and access to basic sevices (e.g. product documentation and user guides) - as included in the chosen enablement program. The fee is charged upon signature of a contract as well as every 12 months thereafter. The annual fee amount is based on 3 key criteria:
- Company size (annual turnover, global)
- GTIN volume (low-medium-high)
- Selected enablement through you local SA2 Worldsync contact
C. Individual fee amount depends on the selected enablement porgram (please ask your local SA2 Worldsync contact person for your individual offer).
