Assisted Enablement Program

The Assisted Enablement Program is designed for retailers that require limited support, including education, training and testing to subscribe and receive master item data from their suppliers. Access to an online University and to the SA2 Worldsync support desk is included. A dedicated Solution Consultant is assigned to support customers throughout the entire implementation process and ongoing maintenance.

Assisted Enablement Program

  • Machine-to-machine connection (AS2 and XML or EANCOM / PRICAT) for fully automated item data synchronization.

    • WebSubscriptions: Create and maintain item subscriptions manually

Premium Enablement Program

The Premium Enablement Program is designed to enable large retailers to access additional expertise when implementing more complex projects that require machine-to-machine connections between legacy system and SA2 Worldsync data pool functionality.

Such services include a dedicated Solution Consultant, one-on-one training, support, education, training, testing, project management, access to SA2 Worldsync support desk, release migration assessment and support, and annual account reviews.

Rollout Program

The rollout program is designed for retailers to get suppliers on-board with data sync. You provide us with a list of suppliers you would like to synchronize data with and we offer you fully support in on-boarding theses suppliers.

General Process Overview:

  1. SA2 Worldsync creates an invitation letter (best on behalf of the retailer) to the supplier
  2. SA2 Worldsync calls the supplier to check their readiness
  3. SA2 Worldsync helps the supplier to onboard to data sync
  4. SA2 Worldsync reviews together with supplier and retailer the quality of the synchronized data
  5. SA2 Worldsync reports regularly detailed progress of the retailer specific rollout program
